Light

1. I find it much easier to shoot in natural light than to use artificial light because  i can move around my environment to change the direction the light is coming from where in artificial lighting it is harder for me to change the direction of the light to help my get the affects i want.

2. My favorite image is probably the base of the elk horn at an angle. This is my favorite because of the story behind the horn. I had spent all day looking for horns and on the way down I picked up this beauty. The horn has such a cool base and it is so cool to me how every elk horn is so different.

3. I have reflected my current way of life because I am working on our family ranch and we are calving right now, the clouds included represent the changing weather we face every day and my horse had to be included becuase I ride every day while at the ranch. The horns are what I look for in my freetime, so I would say that these 12 photos sum up my current life quite well.
